We visited this Five Guys location in the evening, just before its 10 PM closing time. We ordered a hamburger and a cheeseburger, both with a great variety of toppings to choose from, including grilled mushrooms, mayonnaise, ketchup, tomatoes, lettuce, and more. The cheeseburger was as rich and flavorful as ever, making it a fantastic option for customizable burgers. We also got the signature Five Guys fries, which were delicious and came with a fun touch—a small whiteboard in the store displayed the origin of the potatoes used that day, which happened to be from Idaho. Although we didn’t order drinks this time, it’s worth noting that they’re very affordable, at just over two dollars, with unlimited refills. Overall, Five Guys offers a consistently satisfying fast food experience that never disappoints.

You can never go wrong with these monstrosities of meat and cheese in a burger, not to mention their fries are always overflowing out of the cup into the brown paper bag. I can just imagine the training session for Five Guys. Manager: Add fries! Trainee: But sir, the cup is full... Manager: ADD MORE FRIES! Trainee: ...now the bag is full... Manager: Perfect.

I ordered online through the Five Guys app, the order was cancelled, so I called the restaurant (as advised in the cancellation email). The restaurant told me I should "call Uber." I called the driver, who told me to "call Doordash." I did not order from Doordash, I ordered from the Five Guys app. The result is that I paid $38, did not get my food, and was treated rudely by Five Guys staff. Use their app at your own peril.
