First time trying Shake Shack. This was a great location. We were vising Boston for a few days and took the subway to Harvard. This spot made for a convenient lunch. The restaurant was fairly clean and had both indoor and outdoor seating. The upstairs seating was nice and quiet. I also liked the option to order via tablet. The burgers and fries were very good, as was the milkshake. I would definitely eat here again. The only negative was they didn't have a soda machine for refills.

Trinity provided extraordinary service. I came in with 4 hungry little boys who I had to order separate checks for. She was incredibly accommodating and sweet. I had a rough drive with my 2 sons and 2 nephews and she made the experience so much better. Everyone left full and happy. For my first experience at shake shack it was a true delight.

Ordered the truffle shroom burger, my burger was very delicious I wanted to order another! Great service too!
