I always get cold fries .. and my biggest pet peeve is I pay extra for hot fudge and they don’t do it and when I ask them at the window to give me extra please they have the nerve to roll their eyes at you and give you the exact same thing. At that point just refund me cause the food and service is just terrible. I’m paying $15 for food that sucks. never going to this location again.

My Grandkids love McDonald's chicken nuggets and so, we order the 20 piece and when asked what type of sauce we say Barbeque and are only given 2 and when we ask for extra McDonald's will charge you .35 cents for extra sauce when ordering a large size it should come with 4 at no additional charge.

To the thief that stole my money. On 1/9/25 I used my $100.00 gift card at 9:27 am and bought one thing it was oatmeal I use my credit card or my gift card. The item came up to $3.20 so when I got in my car, I decided to see you know the balance to make sure everything was fine. You know the new card one item $3.20 and they said that I spent $3.84 so I immediately called the gift card company and I told them I said no it should say $3.20 and they said that they their account says $3.87 and they wouldn’t let the transaction go through Because there was an error somewhere and I said really you know so I’ll how does that how does that happen? How do you give me a receipt that I still have for $3.20 and then on the credit card balance it says I spent $3.87 they stole $.64
