Ordered on the app about 45 minutes to close. When I pulled up to the drive through there was stuff blocking it so I went inside but the doors were locked and a guy saw me and told me they were closed. I said I ordered online and already paid and the app said u don’t close for another hour. He said we don’t but we wanted to have time to clean. I said I already paid tho can I at least get my money back. He told me that that’s not his problem and I would just have to “deal with the loss”

I don’t know where to begin, I have given this location so much chances and this location still can’t get it together, I have complained twice to cooperate and chin management about my frustrations about night shifts and morning shifts and all chin management keeps doing is band-aiding the situation with coupons when clearly the managers there shouldn’t be in management at all. It’s unacceptable to be waiting 20+ just for a sandwich and almost came close to walking back there to grab things myself but I knew if I do that they’ll call the police all because they do too much talking and not enough working. You’re better off with crescent st or even better yet better off with the Vietnamese restaurant across the street that brings out food a lot more faster
