Absolutely a no go place. The Manager is disrespectful and absolutely atrocious to customers. She was racist and threw a tantrum because of us asking about their shrimp combo real price to a point other customers left without ordering. It is so unfortunate for people to be in the service field when they are only doing it for the money and no love to be of service. All we asked the lady was why is the price different than what advertised on the door. We will never go back. I'm actually traumatized by the whole situation and how based on my race, my character was attacked and humiliated. Apparently I'm not the only customer to have had faced issues with this place, when are we going to adress the situation?

Not enough staff and the team that does work there is inadequately trained in every facet of process and customer service. I spoke with the manager. She was rude and clearly unsuited for her job. Service was painfully slow. My order, along with the orders of several other customers, was wrong and needed to be returned. Cleanliness was unacceptable. I will never come back. Save you time and money and protect your health. Dine elsewhere.

I had an unfortunate experience at this Popeyes location. The customer service was lacking, with staff not addressing questions or providing assistance. The atmosphere was unwelcoming, as staff made customers wait without communication. The overall cleanliness of the place, especially the soda station, was disappointing. It's regrettable that the service fell short of expectations.
