First off, I will say that on this specific day (Tuesday) at around 9 PM, they were fast. However, I would not at all recommend this place. If anything, go to the one near Bridgewater. The portions are actually ridiculous. I ordered a 3 Biggie Bag and got child portions. Meanwhile, if I were to do the same at the other location I would’ve gotten a large everything. Why are they being stingy with portions it’s honestly ridiculous? Not to mention the customer service is actually horrible. There’s a group of workers—teenagers—by the window just goofing around as if they’re not at work. No wonder they got my order wrong they’re not even trying to actually do their job correctly it seems. There’s one thing I don’t play about and that’s my food, DO BETTER.

Went to this Wendy's at 12:20 am for a late night meal. I use to ge regularly. Pulled up to the drive-thru window and was advised by that they were only taking mobile orders. I said to the person that the sign posted says open until 2:00 am. They replied: "Yeah that's only for mobile app orders. I said that's not true. I come here all the time late night. Got no reply back other that "sorry we are just doing mobile app orders. STOP FALSELY ADVERTISING TO CUSTOMERS THAT YOU ARE OPEN UNTIL 2AM IF YOU ARE ONLY DOING MOBILE APP ORDERS. LOST MY BUSINESS FOR GOOD!
