I am very upset with how I was treated in this store because there was a promotion for iced coffee for 1.99 and I explained to the manager that I would pay the price that was on the cards, but she was rude and treated me very rudely, shouting and saying that she would not do it. I was a fan of the law and would make a complaint and she said that nothing would happen. The employees were impressed by the way she acted and I asked for her name and no one had the courage to tell me. Since I am a customer, I think medicine is more respectful. I hope that measures will be taken.

Get ready for the most frustrating McDonalds you will ever visit. Customer service is a foreign language to these employees. Want to make any modifications? Maybe next time! Get ready to be told to be forgotten at the third window while NO cars come behind you. All done with attitude, a sometimes flat out rude! This review has nothing to due with the location, and all to due with the employees! It’s not that hard to be pleasant to customers IN A CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLE!!!

I ordered a hot coffee at 11:25 PM, but they didn’t fulfill my order. As a replacement, they gave me a cold coffee— in this chilly weather! I know cold coffee is popular in Boston, but that’s definitely not how you substitute a hot drink. 😂😂. Please don’t visit this store ( 3064 Washington Street near eagleston square) specially after 11:00 they stop filtering the hot coffee!!
