Went to drive through Burger King on Chelmsford st Lowell ma person taking my order did not speak clearly so when I placed my order apparently she ask me if I wanted to add cheese an bacon but her English wasn’t very clear an the speed in which she spoke was not understandable so I asked her to repeat what she said an she ask me why don’t you know what cheese an bacon is ? I thought this was beyond rude !!! An very disrespectful to speak to a customer with an attatude .. I’m on my break not much time an shes giving me a hard time needless to say I didn’t complete my order I told her to forget it !! They need to retrain there employees a teach them some proper manners on how to speak to the public !!! I called 5 x an no one answered the phone so I could explain what just took place so this is why I’m writing this here … it needs to be addressed !!!

Still think the Whopper is the best. Wish Y'all would bring back the "crinkle cut" fries. Thinking Y'all should put a little more effort into the crispy, fresh, hot of the "potato products". Do appreciate the halfsies.

Food was really good. It took quite a while for my food to be ready and there was some difficulty trying to explain my order to the worker however.
