This Wendy's location is absolutely GREAT! I come here frequently and I never have an issue with any part of my experience. The food is always fresh and hot I always order my favorite, a Fish Sandwich Combo Meal and the fries are always fresh out of the fryer and the fish is always top quality. When I open the wrapper, the sandwich is always neatly assembled and I can tell it was done so with care and good intention. As a person who at one time worked in fast food, I know that sometimes you may be asked to "pull up" to wait for something to be cooked freshly for you. And I am happy to wait patiently because the person who has let me know is doing so with a smile and an assurance that my wait will be well worth it. That leads me next to mention the OUTSTANDING customer service I ALWAYS receive at this Rogers St. location. These (mostly) younger people at the drive thru both taking orders over the speaker and at the window for point of sale have GREAT attitudes! The smile and easygoing demeanor from each different person I encounter there are what keep me going back every week. Big ups to the manager for creating a work environment that his/her employees can be proud of. You are a positive influence on your team. And kudos to all the staff toiling in a fast-paced kitchen. The attention to details doesn't go unnoticed. Keep up the great work over there at Rogers St. Wendy's and know that you are the epitome of Customer Service and I am a very happy customer!

There have been several occasions where service was poor and food quality questionable. In addition food poisoning after eating here. Waited a year before attempting again to order food here. The cold and raw burger picture is evidence.

Went here on Sunday February 23rd at around 7:50ish and ordered a baconator meal a daves double meal, 4 son of baconators a drink and a cookie. Didn't receive the baconator sandwich whicu was unfortunate because one person ended up not getting a sandwich. We didn't receive a receipt either. There was a girl at the window that was kind of rude and although it was partially our fault for not double checking the bag we have learned a lesson to always double check your bag before getting fokd at this location or any at that. Also, make sure you get a receipt so you can be refunded for overpriced fast food in case something is missing.
