We went to this Wendy's for the first time today, the employees with their annoyed face and talking about everyone who came in, not a good attitude, to top it off I say we eat inside and we have to endure the bad smell of a homeless person smelling of poop and urine sleeping on one of the tables. The manager was notified, but he did absolutely nothing. I ended up in the bathroom vomiting the food I ate so badly.bad smell in the restaurant and apparently this homeless person does it constantly.

Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes waiting for a simple mobile order. I watched so many other cars just leave as soon as they ordered because the staff were just sitting there and chatting it seemed. When I finally got to the window they looked at me like I had 7 heads basically giving me the "what do you want" look. I had to tell this one girl 5 times I had a mobile order which finally they understood me and then took another 5-10 minutes to get it even though I ordered it 10minutes before hand. staff didn't seem to care so oh well. Never goin back to this one. Don't bother going late at night cause it's awful, unless you like waiting in line for almost an hour.

I was here November 3rd, 2024 at noon. I ordered fries and saucy nuggs. They told me my total was $14, so I gave them my card. Moved onto the second window, and that’s when a guy said “your card was declined. You owe $5.” I was really confused and said, “how do I owe $5? Please give me a receipt so I can review.” He then gets a manager, she says “you owe half of your order, your card only covered half.” I said, “okay, please let me see a receipt.” They didn’t give me a receipt. They kept trying to get me to give them my card. That’s when I decided to look at my bank statement. It said they charged me $20. HOW THE HELL DO I OWE YOU $5!? If anything, you now owe me $6! They had five different people try to get my card. The whole thing was super weird and scammy. Please be super careful, always ask for receipts. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.
