I am beside myself with what I just experienced at this location. I went to use the restroom before ordering and there was a stall door wide open. So I walked in. The woman inside, didn't lock it, or even shut it, and she was shooting up in her ankle. So then I go to the counter to order my food and there are no less, then twelve employees doing absolutely nothing. All young teenager kids, you can tell all they do is smoke weed all day. I feel bad for any customer trying to get food out of this location. And I feel so much worse for the poor young girl that looks like she's a manager trying so desperately to get the workers to actually be productive. They were all pacing back and forth with their eyes half shut standing around scratching their heads, pointing at her and laughing when she was trying to make them work. So so sad. I don't know what her name is, but I was there on Sunday the 15th around to 2 PM. I just feel very bad for her. Someone higher up needs to help her out, hire people older than 30 that actually want to work and fire all these teens!!!!

My order was incorrect. I Was charged extra for cheese on a sandwich I did not want cheese on. My fries had a piece of hair on it look like it came from someone’s beard. It didn’t seem like a problem to him because I had to repeat myself about the hair and I wanted it replaced. They replaced it & my new fries had less fries. My meal was suppose to come with 4 piece nuggets it had more like 3 because the 4th one definitely wasn’t a nugget. I asked for my receipt and even that was a problem to get. To top it off there was no apology. As a pregnant woman I hope one of them wakes up with a stye in their eye. If it wasn’t for my bf I would’ve been glad to just get my money back because I was VERY annoyed and didn’t want it at that point.

I placed an order online through the mobile app. Girl working wasn’t friendly at all, When I got home and started to get close to finishing my fries I find A FLY IN THE CONTAINER!! THIS IS SOOOOO DISGUSTING!!! YOU GUYS LOST A CUSTOMER FOR GOOD I WONT SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR WITH A MCDONALDS EVER AGAIN!!!
