Standard 5 Guys experience. Burgers were ok, staff was awesome! Prices were pretty high though, but it's been awhile since I've been to a 5 Guys.

My daughter and I love 5 Guys but will not be returning to the Quincy location. I asked for cooked onions and peppers and received raw vegetables. When I shared this with the workers, I was chastised for not speaking loud enough. Then the female manager (I’m assuming bc she wrote a black cap instead of red) begins to speak badly about the customers in Kreyòl. Basically complaining about doing her job and blaming the customers for a tough day. Extremely unprofessional! We will not return! And after reading the other comments; you should also find a different location if you love the food.

I've always liked Five Guys and was happy when they opened a location in Quincy. Their shakes and fries are some of the best that I've had and the burgers are on the higher end of fast-food. Unfortunately the price is restrictive and makes this a "special treat" type of experience instead of someplace you can go to on a regular basis. Still, the cost is higher than the food quality or portions justify and it's a very small space where you don't want to stay to eat-in.
