This is the most poorly run McDonald’s in the history of McDonald’s. Drive through takes forever. THEY ALWAYS MESS UP THE ORDERS. They don’t know what they are doing. They don’t know what you are saying. I couldn’t even get my change. I asked for my changed and they just stared at me like I had ten heads. But every time it’s messed. It’s not a one off thing. It’s crazy how bad everyone is at their jobs there.

Visit was around 2 a.m. After waiting in the drive through line for around 16 minutes, when I asked about the wait, I was simply told that "We are busy. There was almost no movement resembling any busy I had ever experienced. I checked my order before driving away, and the two ordered Apple pies had turned into two Holiday pies. NOT I went inside to bring this to their attention and was told there were no Apple pies and that it would be 11 minutes. NOT. The answer to my question as to why I didn't get what I ordered was that 1) they were out of apples...and, 2).that the attendant did not speak English@?! I requested and received a refund for my purchase that had been derailed in translation, accompanied by a lack of concern for allowing me to... have it my way!

The best experience at a McDonald's I have had in 36 years. The service was fast and correct. The facility is clean and the staff is cheerful. I've traveled the USA and this is the best experience.
