I’m pretty sure this is Quincy’s homeless shelter by day. Couldn’t even find a table because they were all taken by people with trash bags and no food playing cards and yelling at each other. This is my third time at this location and each experience was the same.

Ordered table delivery. But instead they just stood at the counter and hollered my name over and over. Very little breakfast sauce on my bagels, though I ordered extra and the grill stickers showing extra we're stuck to the bagel wrappers as they should've been. Guess they stuck them in and ignore them .. Dining room was full of homeless, though they have signs everywhere for no loitering inside or outside. Vagrants standing just outside the doors smoking so I had to walk through the smell and smoke ... Went to use the bathroom as and the stall door was so misaligned that you could not close it 😕. Overall a very poorly run store and obviously no one working there cares! Doesn't speak highly of the franchise owner either to allow their investment to be run so poorly!!

I just left there this morning and by far they have the best attitudes in that place while serving you food and delivering exceptional customer service. It’s always important that people that make your food have good energy. 💕🤙🏻
