I didn't see a problem with the food today but the speed of service and attitude of the employees has certainly declined from when this store first opened. Large parking lot and ample drive up room. Road access is a pain. Handicapped accessible. Unpowered doors.

Waited over 5 minutes for my order and when I got home all the way in the tatnuck area of the city which is on the other side of the city I find out there are only 4 double cheeseburgers when there was supposed to be 6. That's a $7+ tax loss. How can you get such a simple order wrong. All 6 burgers were the same. 2 for 7 double cheeseburgers.

They always make your ice cream first and hand it to you then have you pull up and wait ten minutes for your food. By then the ice cream is melted I literally have to ask them to hold mines in the freezer till they have my order ready it should be common sense
