Disappointing food safety practices :-( I recently ordered an egg and bacon sandwich from this location, I was quite concerned by what I observed. The person preparing my food was not wearing gloves and handled the bacon and bread directly w their bare hands. When I politely asked if they could wear gloves or use tongs, she responded that they were not instructed to do so and even suggested it wouldn’t make a Difference. I explained that handling food without gloves or utensils could lead to contamination, but my concerns were dismissed with a smile. Food safety is a serious matter and I hope this feedback encourages the A&W management to train their staff better and enforce proper hygiene standards. Until then, i’ll be hesitant to return.

Service 0 star. They don’t know how to take order first of all. Secondly they don’t know how to talk at the window. They don’t know when to say thank you. Thirdly if you are girl they will do this to you. If you are a boy then you will top noch service, they will smile, talk to you for 3-4 minutes at the window. Lastly if you don’t like your job then quit please.

I ordered from uber the beyond meat burger and the food I got was horrible just a bun and a patty. I paid $18 just for the burger and what I received is totally disgusting. I called store and the lady arguing instead of accepting the mistake. Waao….
