For the past year and a half, i have seen the decline of this BK branch from 5 stars to half a star. It used to be a nice branch to dine in and get your order fresh. Now i just ordered via drive thru. No one is dining at the restaurant but they got my order wrong after waiting longer than usual. I tend to not mind the wait if the food is fresh and spot on. The mistake although forgivable, became unpleasant when the server asked me if the ill take the burger that they made by mistake. Making that approach to the issue while the empty dining area just doesn’t make sense. Hopefully the management takes this review seriously and train the staff better.

Server went over and above upon learning it was my partners birthday by providing him a hot fudge sundae to top off his meal. Food was as usual top notch for flame broiled goodness!!! Absolutely love my whoppers!!!

Second time ordering through uber eats, paying for cheese in my whopper and not getting any cheese! I am paying for it and its my right to get what I payed for!
