The experience was pretty good. A few things I did not appreciate were mostly about the food. The fries were quite stale and barely warm. I also ordered a Cappuccino Frappé, which was a huge disappointment. It barely tasted like its name. It was more watered down than a Cappuccino and my friends would agree too. I would have just had a fountain drink then drink it- Very disappointed! Another thing was the Baked Apple Pie, it wasn’t as hot as we wanted. It didn’t have much flavour like the Frappé. Then there’s the Big Mac… this burger is one of my favourites from McDonald’s… it’s quite disappointing when there’s barely to no lettuce in it! Please do better at proving these. It sucks when you hype the restaurant but can’t reciprocate that to the quality of the food.

Food and service was great. Bathrooms were super dirty. Playplace was okay. Just based off the bathrooms alone, I would not go there again nor recommend this location until they improve the bathrooms and overall cleanliness.

Great service, especially from the general manager Jerome. He provided exceptional service after one of his workers did not include an order of two pies in our order.
