Made an order of a bacon portobello mushroom melt burger. Changed the fries to a baked potato. Also, ordered an extra hamburger deluxe. Got home and my order was short the hamburger deluxe. Incompetent people that work there in the evening. I wouldn't doubt it they would do that so they can pocket the extra money they made off me. Very disappointing!!!

Every time we're here in the evening, staff are either neglectful or rude. This is the third time that I've had to drive around the drive-through twice because they apparently did not hear me say the one item missing from my order. Mind you food is good and in the morning and during the day staff seem to be more aware. Just another bad experience and I hope you guys won't get the same experience I have had.

The manager is rude not only to her employees but also to customers. Instead of helping the employee, she tend to insult her employees infront of customer and thinking she is untouchable. I talked to employees about her and told us that she is really rude to them, treating them like a little kid. This manager needs some training to handle people and customer service. This manger has to go, she doesn't value her work. I feel sorry for all the crews who work in this place.
