I visited this place yesterday and i ordered spicy chicken sandwich combo and the food was very delicious. I remember Chahat took my order and she greeted me very well. The service was so fast and dining area was neat and clean. Chahat you are doing a great job! I would love to come back again. Wendy’s you guys have the best employee!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Wendy's, and I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional customer service and the consistently delicious food. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality from the staff. They were attentive to my needs, answered all my questions with patience and enthusiasm, and made me feel like a valued customer. The food was equally impressive, prepared with fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection. This location is an absolute disgrace to the franchise. To the staff member working there in the evening—I’m unsure if she’s a manager, supervisor, or employee—she urgently needs customer service lessons. Here’s what happened: her behavior was shockingly rude. The drink in my order was messy, spilling out of the cup, and sticky when she placed it on the counter. When I politely asked her to clean it up or make a new one, she literally threw napkins onto the counter at me to clean it up myself instead of addressing the issue professionally. To make matters worse, she refused to provide a drink holder. Even after I explained that I was driving and needed it to prevent spills, she curtly responded that holders aren’t provided for a single drink. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at Wendy's, It genuinely ruined my day. I hope someone from corporate takes action on this.
