Very clean Wendy’s and newer. The staff service was very fast and friendly. I was here with my wife and they had great handicapped access and parking. We were in Winnipeg on our way to Teresa Caputo show at the Club Regent. Amazing show. They also have great outdoor seating with no shady individuals lurking around. Great place to grab a quick bite outside.

Have a habit of completely missing the instructions on special orders. I have experienced this on both in-person visits and delivery orders (tonight was take-out ordered right at the restaurant). Tonight they put cheese on burgers I ordered with no cheese - and I saw that pop up on the screen so the person who took the order definitely wasn't at fault, the guys making the burgers just didn't follow their instructions. In at least one previous case, "go easy on _______" seemed to if anything be interpreted as "pile on EXTRA _______" i.e. they did the exact opposite of what was asked for. Being extra-clear with the person taking your order won't necessarily help because they're not always the one actually making it.

Its mind blowing the difference between the day staff and night shift. I get closing on a Sunday night isn't exciting but damn was it ever a waste of time and money. I Had to repeat my order so many times, I had to have the guy repeat my order back to me. Confirmed the order at the window to make sure..... get home and check the bag.... No receipt, my order was wrong and the fries were extremely salty. When I called the store to make sure I wasn't over charged. The lady I spoke to sounded like she was high. If she wasn't then she clearly doesn't know what she's doing or care. I had to repeat myself so many times the phone call was more of a piss off than anything. Won't be wasting my time or money at this location. Highly recommend going to a different location even if it's out of your way.
