Ordered at kiosk. Acceptable time frame for completion. The price was doable, a lot of upcharge though which of you lowered price by a 1.50 you might get more business, idk, I'm not in marketing. Food was warm, top bun was sticky and oily. Idk about store quality for comfort. 3 out of 4 hand sanitizers were not working. Missing stool, could be a tripping hazard. Was not greated or thanked, and seemed a little too much laughter and everyone's facial expressions were not welcoming. Appearance was more of issue. Display was dirty, items did NOT look appealing. Kinda went down hill since I last visited or lived in neighborhood. Overall 3 of 5.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would! This place hands down is the ABSOLUTE worst McDonald's in Baltimore City. They never have ANYTHING! And, what they do have, they get that wrong! I ordered an Original McCrispy Sandwich with Big Mac sauce. I received two small hamburger patties with Mac sauce. To add insult to injury, their phone number doesn’t work. This place should be shut down permanently!!!

I usually love my quarter ponder sandwiches from MCDONALD but what on EARTH was I just served … tasteless ,burnt patty and big onion slices,( I don’t know what made me feel nauseous but I literally threw up) .Not buying Here again I would rather make an extra 10 min trip To Wendy’s for the same thing .. YUGh do better Cheff !!! What a shame
