No bueno. No estralla Edit/Update(01/22/25) Went for breakfast ordered a steak, egg& cheese bagel extra sauce; 2 breakfast burritos; two hash browns in the drive thru. When I got my bag I had everything except my breakfast burritos but the sauce for them was in my bag, that’s crazy but whatever. I told the attendant at the window what was missing she goes to tell the two individuals that bag the food (who are in whatever deep conversation they’re having)what the issue was. They drop the bag down on the warming belt and tell the window attendant to tell me to pull into a spot to wait for the missing part of my order. I waited for five minutes for something that is popped in a microwave for 30 seconds. And I only waited five minutes because I ended up walking into the store myself to grab them. When I walked into the store the same two people were having their convo. One of them was standing there just holding my burritos in her hand talking away. I walk up to the counter no one acknowledges me to the point I ask her are those my breakfast burritos and she’s like are you the parked car I was just asking(no you weren’t). I ate the hash browns in the car waiting, soggy. I get home open my bagel there was extra breakfast sauce which I love but there were no onions and they put a round egg on it, not what I asked for and not what I was rung up for. Very much dissatisfied and I knew better then to come to this location to the point if this location(Pulaski&highland ave)is my only option to go to McDonalds I rather eat something else.0 stars bagel sandwich in trash Oh there’s a round egg on my biscuit also I need a refund this is ridiculous all you have to do is ask me if this is ok to substitute the egg and I would have said no and been satisfied some where else I sat and wasted my time my money because I don’t want this if I did that is what I would have ordered

Where do I start? I was just there around 1105 pm on August 14th,2024. I saw 2 Cars Dr. before me and leave fast. I didn’t wanna know what was going on. I waited till I I parked on the side so I could order on the app. My app came up to $22 and.1cent I give the skin African American female the code Which was YE21 , The young thin African-American female then tells me to wait she pauses then after a few moments like maybe a minute or so she told me that the order was canceled. I look on the app it doesn’t say canceled. I believe that she canceled the order on purpose when I get to the window, she didn’t have my receipt ready and then she went and get me a receipt Does basically losing ink and then she tells me all we gotta wait to midnight shift. There is food, but men have got to come so you’re not so you’re gonna stop serving people until midnight shift comes on it was 11:05 PM. You still had 55 minutes to do work. This is an acceptable is totally highly unprofessional. I’m afraid if I go back to my place something my food I don’t know what’s going on, but the manager needs to contact me directly because I need my refund of 22,001 penny hope I get my refund when I come back from vacation in about eight days I want my refund this is unacceptable poor trashy service. I’ve worked in the fast food industry when I was younger. I never provided service like that. I never had an order canceled from the app. She said it’s nothing she could do for a third-party app. My council has -$20 and one cent that’s crazy . National manager of the manager of this McDonald’s I need you to ASAP contact me because I want my money back. I feel this is the unprofessional day very unprofessional because of two cars before me they drove fast and left. I wonder why they’re getting information of like all we’re waiting for midnight shift that’s unprofessionally can’t do that, all I know is that I can’t give this McDonald’s a good review because of that lady she had like some type of wrap around her head and she looked tired. She she was very slim. I mean if I see her again I’ll recognize her. this is ridiculous. It should not happen to anybody. I don’t believe I’m gonna get a refund. I believe that my money was taken for me . I have not gotten a meal for my money. I need McDonald’s to get it together and get back to me I won’t leave my number on this site but as a way as well as a way to get back to me please because this is unacceptable unacceptable. I was hungry and to get rejected and to get canceled ? come on man that’s Wrong .

When I was asking for my orden he said to me "Goddanmit" when i asked him fo take something out of my order and when I received my order the woman that Gave me the food, she gave me the food with a bad attitude. The ice cream tasted like ice not vanilla and the coke had more water than anything.
