I have been to a lot of five guys and I must say this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. I was treated so nice and with so much respect. Everyone was so friendly. Devin definitely stood out. He took the time to make sure that my order was correct and that I had everything I needed Devin was perfect. He was very friendly and provided exceptional customer service. HE DESERVES A RAISE! I will be back because of this experience! We need more people like Devin in this world!

I called my order in from the parking lot. I walked inside two minutes later, and my burger was already cooked, dressed, and packaged. I asked the manager if the burgers were cooked to order and he said they were. When I explained that my burger was ready In three minutes, he said that they already had two patties ready, so I received food that had already been sitting. I explained that the burger was watery, and that the both buns were completely soaked as if they had been sitting in grease for a long time. His response was that they try to make their burgers as juicy as possible. So I spent $19 for a burger I couldn’t eat, and French fries. Not what I expected.

Three young employees were playing fry-basketball (throwing fries into trash cans/ the fryer from far away) instead of making orders. Had to wait 5 minutes after my fries were done for the milkshake to be done, even though these guys did nothing the whole time I was waiting. Absolutely terrible. Please train these youngsters so I don’t get soggy fries while waiting for my milkshake!
