My fiance and I called in a carry out as we had never been there before but needed some late night food. THEY WERE SO NICE!! It was around 11:30pm on Friday and two ladies were working- the sweetest ladies in the world! But the burgers were phenomenal! And the indoor is so cute! Such a genuine old diner feel :) we will definitely be making stops here more often. Thank you for treating us like family!

Carter’s feels like a relic from another era, but that’s part of the charm. Two elderly ladies were running the establishment when I visited, but things ran quite smoothly and they were friendly. It is a cash only establishment, but the prices are excellent. I ordered the double cheeseburger combo which came with a pop and fries. It was ready quite quickly, and was delicious without feeling excessive. The cheeseburger had just the right amount of melty cheese and toppings. I was very happy with my meal, and would definitely recommend Carter’s to others.

Carter's burgers are one of the BEST in Michigan. Great Ole School Diner. Fantastic customer service. Love the onion rings, too. 🍔🧅👍😎
