I recently visited Burger King and had a generally positive experience. The service was quick and friendly, with the staff taking my order efficiently and ensuring everything was correct. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable dining atmosphere. However, I did notice that the restroom could have used some more attention, as it wasn’t as clean as the rest of the establishment. Additionally, I observed that the staff preparing food weren’t wearing hairnets, which might be something to improve upon for better hygiene standards. Overall, the experience was still enjoyable, and the quality of the food and service made up for the minor concerns. I’d return for another meal

The food was good but the wait in line after I ordered was entirely too long! I sat at the pickup window for at least 12 minutes. They have to do much better!

This is more of a review of a pattern of behavior and not just a single visit. Over the past month we've had missing fries on nearly every dinner order, rodeo burgers without the onion rings, dried up fried chicken (nuggets, patties, chicken fries), all rock hard. Today I placed a drive through order in the app, and arrived promptly to the drive through. I was held up in a very short line for 20 minutes before anyone assisted me, and then told me they can't fill my order since it's now past 10:30...yeah it's 10:34 because nobody handled two cars in 20 minutes. Customer service did refund me, but 3-5 days to wait on the return to land just rubs the wrong way. Take the drive to another location, it'll be worth your hassle.
