Hire new cooks. Spent $26 on 2 black omelettes. Egg on inside was dark brown. 🤦🏾‍♂️ Took them back and they refused to remake. Poor cooking and service. Saying they were eaten. Well it took a couple bite to see how bad they were.

The older woman who takes orders during the day is so unprofessional, discourteous and cold. I've seen her be rude to customers---who pay her salary---and talk about them right in front of other customers. I think some of the staff are related to her and sometimes they have very "spirited" conversations among themselves as they become distracted from serving their customers. I actually watched one of the cooks take french fries out of the bin and refry them for an unsuspecting customer. Prices and being close to home is why I go back; not because I think their food is anything special.

So we ordered food and got nothing but attitude because I wanted my food a certain way, however, after we ordered the food I wanted to know if my food would be correct that was on Christmas Eve, probably an hour ago from this post. We got nothing but attitude so you know I was not eating nothing at that point. Then they had a nerve to ask us why did we order it if we didn't want it. No we did, until the attitude and yes we feel at that point you'll do something to the food, thank God the card was locked, things happen for a reason. We've been coming since the grand opening, we won't be back again EVER. We are done!
