I ordered from uber eats and the delivery driver got lost and normally I expect the food to be cold. When I finally got it I was impressed with how the fries were still crisp. Just 30 seconds in the microwave the burger was amazing and melted in my mouth. Exceptional job!!!!!

Did a mobile order... 4 burgers and a large fry. Got there, picked up my order, the bag was sealed (how they do all mobile orders), got home, opened the bag, and all 4 sandwiches had no burgers, just bacon, veggies (lettuce and tomato) and condiments. Called the store, explained I just left with a mobile order, they told me to come back and as long as I had my receipt they would remake the order. Get there, they take my bag, open each sandwich, add a burger patty, and re-wrapped the sandwich. It turned out to be the worst "burgers" we have ever tried to eat in our lives!!! I was expecting them to remake the entire order and exchange it when I got there. Definitely will never go back to this location again, and maybe never go back to the chain. The only positive is that they did give us a fresh (or at least hot) order of fries.

Young man handed me my soda with it spilling all over the place, I didn't realize it until it was going down my coat sleeve. I said you just gave me a cup with pop all over it, he reached your napkins, said "here you go" and closed his window while I had one hand out the window and was using the other arm to wipe the cup off because it was so much all over the outside I couldn't even bring it into my van to clean it. My fries tasted extremely weird like they were fried in old grease that was used for other things they cook. They didn't taste anything like they should. My burger was very sloppily put together with major amounts of mayo coming out to the point my bread was soggy and separating from the pattie. They were not busy at all, so there's really no excuse for handing a paying customer a cup with pop pouring out the top and a sloppy wet burger. This was my first time going to checkers since moving back from Houston a year and a half ago, and I was so excited to get my meal as I rarely eat out, THIS was very disappointing to say the least!!
