I decided to stop here and grab a quick bite before heading home. Probably the biggest mistake I made that evening. I waited in the drive-through for what seemed to be an extra long time. When she handed me the bag, she said be careful because the fries are hot. I pulled away and started on my way home. Munching on the fries. Sure enough they were hot. That’s what the wait had to have been on because it was definitely not on the cooking of my burger. As you can see from the pictures, my burger was completely raw. I took two bites out of it. Instantly knew something was wrong. Turned on the light and I immediately started vomiting. I was disgusted. It was a raw hamburger. I understand they were in a hurry, trying to get the cars through, but that is absolutely no excuse for this.

Every time I’v ordered from this location for lunch or dinner something is always missing, wrong, or very poorly put together. Breakfast has been ok so far. Today my burger came with a burnt bun, and we got 9 nuggets instead of 10. That sounds so dumb and I should be thankful I have food to eat but it is EVERY TIME that something is messed up. Please PLEASE either re-train the staff you have or look for new Managment because it’s gotten a bit ridiculous

It took much longer than usual at the drive through, which is not something I’d leave a bad review for if not for the fact that my mccrispy (part of an order for 3 people, hence the wait) was entirely wrong. I asked for deluxe spicy, no tomatoes. I received a TINY mccrispy pattie with very little sauce and ONLY tomatoes. Altogether very disappointing.
