Everytime I go here, they make my order wrong and then tell me they won’t be fixing it. Don’t waste your time going to this Burger King go to another one. They also basically steal your money, I asked for cheese on my sandwich and it showed on the receipt that I added cheese I paid for it and all and they still wouldn’t fix it or just simply give me a slice of cheese lol. The employees here are eh and probably should be fired, they obviously don’t enjoy their job. This is definitely the ghetto Burger King of Lansing. & just in case a manager sees this, it’s your 3rd shift. Jan 8th 2024 around 8pm. Hopefully they just close this location down.

On March 7, 2025 me and my family ate at this location and got food poisoning. Please be careful what y’all eat in this world this Burger King is infested. Some people might not realize it they might have food poisoning. Please go to the doctor and get checked if you get food poisoning From the savage queen.

Been sitting in line for a 37 minutes now for two Whopper sandwiches. More than half the line has left and drove off. Took 10 minutes from the time I pulled up to the speaker before anyone even addressed me as a customer. But they made my order completely right after 40 minutes.
