First time to order from this McDonalds branch and everything was perfect. I got the order on time and everything I ordered was there. The big Mac was tasty and the nuggets were fresh. They added ketchup and napkins. The order was right so 5 stars.

Pretty slow but consistently good, great service, exceptional professionalism. If every McDonald's ran like this one I'd have no problem paying an extra dollar twenty five for the single cheeseburger. The workers move with fluidity, never letting time get wasted. I'm likley incorrect but I'm suspicious that these workers were more than proficient at other locations and were bussed in to help optimize this one, being open 24 hours. Nothing special, just the best one you'll find in Lansing. If they tear down the original burger chef building for the sake of a redesign I will not eat McDonald's again.

I went through the drive thru at 930pm with my husband who placed an order that included a shamrock shake. The shake was full and nicely presented. An hour later my son went through the drive thru as well. He also ordered a shamrock shake that was just over a quarter full on a medium shake. I called to speak with a manager as my son was going to back and request a refund. I just called to make the manager aware. As I explained the situation to the "manager". He was very unfriendly and kept cutting me off as i was giving my explaination off what occurred. He said the shake machine has its own cut off point and there is nothing he can do about it. As i could no longer explain anything to this man, I did ask his name. He told me he didn't have to give me his name. I simply said ok no problem I'd call back tomorrow to speak to someone else. I've never had such a horrible and disrespectful experience at this McDonald's location. It was very off putting. I was only trying to explain how we RECIEVED one drink an hour prior and how we received at drink current. And we were taking the product back for refund.
