I wish I could give zero stars. I’ve given this location chance after chance and never will again. Just waited in line for 40 minutes. I paid on the app, or I would have just left. Sat at the window where you pick up your food for 20 minutes. All I had was a double cheeseburger and a triple, some fries and a kids meal. I saw about 7 workers walking around looking so clueless. Idk where management was or teamwork, but it was severely lacking. Y the recent reviews it looks like it’s been going on a lot recently. Then I got my food and it was cold and wadded up in the wrapper and not even closed. Then the kids meal was incorrect. I will be asking for my money back.

Wow, all I did was go to McDonald’s on west Saginaw Hwy in Lansing & ordered TWO so called "Happy Meals", well i can tell you the kids were NOT "Happy". When we got home, BOTH meals were missing the kids fries. I mean, how do you forget fries in a Happy meal? I'm tired of McDonald’s not giving 2 shites about there customers, their service, nor their food. We're finally done with McDonald’s, for good. Too many unresolved issues with these stores in Lansing. It's like the franchise owners just come in to count sales & leave. Just like corporate who counts their profits but does nothing to run the business like it should be.

It was a good experience. ordered 10pc chicken nuggets with fries, The fries felt hot and fresh. The chicken nuggets were crispy and enjoyable but they forgot 2 of my nuggets not a big deal but I would have liked to have those 2 chicken nuggets. Very good food though very friendly.
