Order was placed at kiosk for a "here" order. Order was packed as "to-go". The entire order save the two big Mac's and accompanying drinks for those meals were wrong. Tom, the approximately 6'2" dark brown male with round glasses, who claimed to be the manager, was offended that the staff made our food wrong. I was informed that McDonald's can't do light salt because the fry bin had salt in it. Drinks were made improperly, manager was unable to monitor his staff due to "the pandemic" and no employees available to work Our food had to be remade 3 times and the attitude from said manager became increasingly rude. Our order number was 692 on Saturday, May 11, approximately 1430p. Deplorable service and complete incompetence. Hair found in the Mc Double plain for my grandson.... Disgusting! Nothing was done to apologize or correct this matter! I will be reporting to the health department as well!

Service is crap & the drive thru just have you waiting and then you switch drive thru and then they help the person behind you. They see you in the camera and probably select who they make wait smh! This location is still the worst McDonaldi ever gone to. I’m done with this place. Absolutely the slowest McDonald’s. Corporate needs to investigate this place.

Out of the thousands of McDonald's, this location is by far the best! Always HOT fresh fries and fresh just made of whatever burger/chicken sandwiches, you order. I wish "my" McDonald's was like this location. But happy it's very close to my job, I work midnight's at. That's also a huge kudos to this location, they are open that late and the food is always, hot, fresh and fast friendly service. They have never messed up my order either. So to the management and associates who work there, phenomenal job!
