I came here today and ordered a McDouble with extra mayo at curbside #4, I open my sandwich and I literally see some type of bug or something on my burger and this is clearly not an onion or cheese or anything that should be on a mcdouble so I tried to call corporate but there was no way to, I call the restaurant and the white lady manager who answered the phone has a terrible attitude to the point where my appetite was completely Ruined. Please report this mcdonalds

My order number was 1381, I came at 4:45am on 02/24/25. Whoever the girl with the red braids was in the back window needs to be fired IMMEDIATELY. I’ve never came across such terrible customer service who literally told her customer I can’t help that your car is messed up because I said a sprite 5x?? What type of customer service is this place???

Concerning 15 mile and Vandyke store: It is 12:17pm in the afternoon. I bought this burger @1am !!! I had to keep this Burger n take a photo just to prove I AM NOT A THIEF! and I PAID FOR THIS … SO MUCH DRAMA!!! All I did was politely ask for a CUSTOMER STORE CREDIT. Because I couldn’t wait another 10 minutes for a remake’!!! I stopped patronizing for 6 months because I didn’t like the way the Manager Spoke to me ( Very nasty, you can tell she was a different race ) to come back and try you again to get tt WORST! She intentionally messes up our order! I believe it’s intentional! THIS is not going to help get a raise! After asking for a store credit or refund I get told COUGH IT UP!!! or be LATE for work!!! I still have this hamburger, If Google had a NO STAR VERY SADD BUTTON they would be #1 HORRIBLE
