I did a delivery for the company where I work to a customer in the area near where Chicken Shack is. I wanted to grab an order of chicken to be able to munch & head back to the worksite, so I did a search & found Chicken Shack! This was going to be MY first visit to Chicken Shack, so I didn't know just what to expect, especially from the menu. I drove there, looked over the menu, and placed MY order with Crystal, after having asked a number of questions. Crystal was patient, knowledgeable, & professional, & helped ME to understand how things worked with the Chicken Shack menu! I actually ended up placing an order for the Cod, & I included onion rings! They do presently have some construction going on at this location, but the service is still going on Very Well, even with that!

It was what I've always experienced whenever I have a taste for some broasted potatoes and other items. Food was good, environment friendly, clean and cooked to order. I'm spoiled by the Shack!

The ribs and shack potatoes were great. The issue was with the battered mushrooms. Looks to me like the fryer oil had debris on the very bottom, which stuck to the batter. We could not eat them. See pic.
