Greeted immediately. Gentleman behind the counter was friendly, almost overly so (called me friend every time, gets old fast). Seems there were only two staff today (2 p.m. on a rainy Wednesday) so there was a slight delay between order & receipt of said order. Helped that the counter guy assisted the "behind the scenes" employee. Good customer service. Food was fresh out the kitchen and thus good and hot. Place is clean, well-lit. Need to work on the floors, sticky in both the restroom & dining area. Music is quieter than Southfield but still a bit too loud.

Came here for the first time passing through and I was blown away by the fast, friendly customer service. Jeanie took my order and was super-patient with me as I could not make up my mind. She made recommendations and agreed to customize my drink without getting upset. I did not once feel rushed or anxious as I typically do in a drive-thru. On top of the excellent customer care, my food was hot and fresh and 100% yummy! Thank you to the other team member(s) working w. Jeanie on 3/6/25 @ 9:15pm. My new favorite location...so worth the drive!!

Used the drive through so I don't have an opinion on the atmosphere however, the food was better than I expected. It was piping hot, cooked fresh or so it seemed and the portion size was real hood too! The service far exceeded my expectations!!! I rolled in to place my order approximately 30 minutes prior to closing and although my expectation was that I'd have to be overly patient and cordial just to receive what I paid for, (based on my experiences in similar situations) I was immediately treated with respect, imagine that, The order taker actually greeted me with a positive tone in her voice and approach! That kinda caught me off guard. Sad but true! She truly went above and beyond to not only win me over but also to show that there's still hope in humanity!!! The only bummer about this is that I didn't think to ask her her name. Otherwise, I'd be sure to address her specifically to let her supervisor and know that she is deserving of positive recognition!!! SHE should be in management as well as the example of how to interact with Savvy Sliders investors. In other words. She should set the directive and SOP for how to treat customers!!!!
