The manager his name is Pat, what an amazing dude. My best friend flew in from Germany and had to take her to the best Midwest chain. Pat went above and beyond for us happily gave us samples of custard, free fries, and the stuffed turtle. Best Culver’s in MN and hey cooperate give this guy a RAISE, he deserves it. 100/10

We ordered 3 concrete mixers and 2 sundaes. After waiting about 15 minutes to receive our order, we checked in with the staff and they immediately let us know that they would bring it out right away. The manager also assured us that we would receive a coupon and could choose ice cream pints from the fridge near the ordering counter. They were very friendly and happy to make sure we had a positive experience. Will definitely be returning! Customer service done right!
