Went through the drive through and ordered the big Mac bundle deal. Comes with 2 big macs 20 nuggets and 2 fries. Got home which was a 15min drive away to see I didn't get my fries. Called the restaurant to tell them. Lady on the phone had an attitude. So I drove all the way back to get what I payed for. All 3 employees had an attitude like I inconvenienced them even though I was the one driving 30min round trip for 2 orders of mediocre fries. After a frustrating back and forth and being treated like a common criminal trying to steal some cold stale fries they reluctantly gave me MY food THAT I PAYED for but it was the wrong size. Not sure who trained these incompetent employees and manager about customer service but they need to do it again. What a bunch of clowns. Guess it makes sense seeing that their mascot is also one.

Oh Happy New Year to me. The line today was unusually long. But I got a bonus today. Thanks. I ordered a breakfast meal. I got it, and an additional sandwich and hashbrown in the bag. Thanks. How did you know that I was hungry this morning? This is a great place.

A staff in this McDonald's was so kind.. He served our ice cream to our table and smile even we didn't pay a tip.. It was so impressed and feeling nice!
