I work in food delivery. This is just awful, I have never had anything like this. I spent more than 20 minutes waiting for my order. They simply did not prepare it. I am extremely disappointed in their service. to everyone who does food delivery. I recommend simply ignoring orders from this place.

Perpetually understaffed with the slowest service imaginable. This is the worst place in the greater Twin Cities metro to pick up Doordash orders, staff do not respond half the time and orders take an exorbitant amount of time to be prepared. Avoid this place like the plague.

The food was fresh. That's the only good thing I have to say. 1. The drive in order system didn't work, so we had to go through the drive through. 2. They couldn't make change. 3. They forgot an entire meal. 4. They forgot the sauces. 5. I tried to get in touch with customer service for maybe a coupon or something since our meal was missing, and it was an absolute nightmare. We paid cash and I wasn't about to drive back there. They wanted me to download an app and go through all this extra effort to download a coupon for a free popcorn chicken. So I'm leaving this review instead, because I'm not wasting anymore time on a damn chicken sandwich. When I told them I was going to leave a review instead they all of a sudden wanted to mail me a giftcard. Okay? So that was an option the entire time?! I typically don't eat sonic, and we won't be trying it again.
