We purchased a large order online. Including a shake, 2 large curly fries, 2 roast beef and cheddars, 1 gyro, 1 Ruben, pumpkin turnover, and 1 large soda. I picked up my order and checked in the car, realizing I didn't have shake. The lady had a man tell me there machine was down. Then went on to say it was our responsibility to ask for refund online. This was very shady. I made them give me a refund. I believe the meant to be dishonest out of laziness. They went back to hotel and our curly fries were all the ends and hard. I had one curly fry and my husband had 4 everything else were so hard we through them away. I am here in Rochester for Mayo services every month it's a 6 hour drive for me. We have long days. I don't believe expecting honesty and fresh items are not too much to ask for. I'd never recommend this restaurant.

The food was good and was ready faster than I expected it to be. I love the orange shake it tastes delicious. The food has always tasted good and met my expectations. My server Derik was also friendly and polite as well.

I went here and I was craving some of their mozzarella sticks because they make them pretty gnarly up here specially for the size, they were very enjoyable for the most part, I really love the freshness of the jalapeno poppers, they were phenomenal! I also decided to grab the classic curly fries but it seemed more like a medium than a large unfortunately, although I did get a large fan to Orange. The burger 🍔 what's something new but I haven't tried before so I wanted to try it and it was definitely not what I thought it would be considering this is a really good place to have sandwiches but I would stick to the original Arby's meat itself the burger it was lacking flavor as well as it was very dry but overall it had good Aesthetics and I would never get it again 😳, it may be good for someone else but I didn't enjoy it too well... overall the guy in the Drive-Thru was very nice and very helping as well as hooked us up with a lot of condiments which is awesome and as well as encouraging so that was a great atmosphere to be in as well when you go to order in or out of the restaurant. I'm pretty content with what I got overall and I will be going back there again but I definitely will not be picking up that burger 😉. Cheers 🥂! 💯
