The dine in area was very clean and maintained during my visit however the food was very disappointing compared to my previous visits here. Fries were very, very old and the fried side dish was a deep, deep brown and overly greasy with not a hint of crispiness. The sandwiches we ordered were made very well and tasted good but I felt there was a very small amount of ham on the ham & swiss. Attitude and service of staff was acceptable.

This Arbys specifically has the best leadership team I’ve ever witnessed as a customer. Super friendly staff and amazing environment. Hassan is amazing and will always make time for a good conversation as a wait for my meal to be ready.

We discovered the 2 for 6 deal. While in Rochester for a week, we went to Arby's many times! The photos are from different visits. The fish sandwich is unbelievable. I had many of those through the week. The Buffalo flavored chicken sandwich was pretty spicy and good, but very messy. The chicken kept sliding out of the buns. This made me wish we had an Arby's in our home town!
