It's a white castle. Consistent. The counter worker is very friendly and upbeat. They had a challenging customer at the counter while I was eating, the counter worker handled it like a champ. Somehow he could understand the person. Kudos

Hamburgers were fine. Fries cold. Soda machine mostly empty, and soda that was there was flat. A giant puddle in front of the machine. Bathroom filthy, the whole place was. The staff practically through the food at us. We were there on vacation, so White Castle is a destination for us. What a huge disappointment!

I went through the drive thru yesterday at 11:20 am. It was a long wait. The car in from had been there for five minutes he then pulled off. I pulled up. No one even said anything. About 5 minutes later. I asked were they open. Then a lady yelled very loud and run and said could you be patient. I'm from another store. I just pulled off. Please train your staff on customer service. I'm sure yall lost money yesterday.
