I used to work at this location years ago and now visit often. Recently it seems there is always something wrong, whether my order was made incorrectly, food is cold no salt on the fries, hair in my food. Employees seem like everything is inconvenient even when I am being overly nice to them, not the service I was taught when I was an employee. It’s getting to a point I no longer want to spend money here.

arrived at the drive-through at 10:25 AM, well before the 10:30 cutoff for breakfast, but the employee refused to take my order. Any other Chick-fil-A would have served me without an issue, but this location is not up to standard. When I went inside to address the situation, the staff dismissed my concern with a simple “Oh, OK” and walked away. Poor service and a disappointing experience.
