Came here for lunch and was extremely disappointed. Waited 30+ minutes for my food after having to switch kiosks to order because it was broken and had no sign. The entire place was dirty and only one table was decent and cleaned. There was no one in the front taking orders. Lots of chit chat but absolutely no orders being made. Disappointed and frustrated to say the least.

supposed to be open 24 hours per website but closed down for a truck delivery. When employees are sitting at front counter doing nothing but talking truck was done driver was stacking pallets to put back in trailer when I pulled up to drive through and sat there for a good 5 minutes I was informed they where closed for truck delivery and additional 30 to 40 minutes to put delivery away . What the hell is wrong with companies now days we used to have to keep store open and put truck away and this is not the first time so won’t be back to that store on business loop in Columbia Missouri

Me and my wife went here for lunch yesterday and we ordered separately it took 10 plus minutes each to get our food and on my order the lady up front had to ask for my ticket because i was standing there for so long, then upon receiving our food it was just warm and the fries tasted old. We were also missing items from our order. Unfortunately I can't recommend this McDonald's due to the way it's managed.
