As a Kansas City firefighter and military veteran, I love Jack-in-the-Box ever since I was a kid because the tacos were so affordable that my mother used to feed all the kids for dinner. tonight I was speechless by the service and food. I was served with not even a spoonful of meat in a whole taco, I ordered four of them only eating tortilla lettuce and sauce and I feel this should be posted to the quality of taco had no quality . Oct 23rd at 330 am. 2 white employees who obviously should not be working there! To the owner I did submit a complaint on your link.

I ordered a supreme croissant combo and upgraded to orange juice. After I was charged and paid extra for the orange juice, I was offered apple juice and told they didn't have OJ. I got water and no refund just to find out that they did have OJ. Then after waiting around 30 minutes I got a sandwich with a cold cheese slice and a small amount of crumbled bacon. This location has gone downhill tremendously.

Going in to dine in was a mistake. The soda machine was out of every flavor of soda, leaving about 3 options of drink. With it being a Cola freestyle meant that the workers could not simply refill them. The lobby wasn’t fully open as chairs were still stacked on tables. Food bits from previous customers were still on benches and tables, and overall gave off a not clean feeling. Staff were off putting, giving a ‘order and get out’ vibe. Food was edible. Burger was fine but overloaded on sauces. Fries were cold, and barely edible. Place needs new management, and better workers.
