9.23.24 Pretty slow. I ordered at the robot. I stood there for 9 minutes waiting for my order and then an employee asked if they could help me. I showed her my receipt and she said they didn't have the order. She took my receipt and made the order off of that. Overall it's pretty slow I assume it would have been quicker if I went through drive-thru.

Very disappointed to get soggy cooked twice fries and obviously cookies that were thrown back into the oven instead of making new. Not to mention the many times I called about a messed up order and was constantly hung up on by management with no avail at getting my missing items. They just steal your money.
