I came into the drive-thru. Either the speaker needs replacement, the headset used had a bad mic or the server didn't know how to speak up. I could barely hear them. The service was very slow even though there wasn't a lot of customers. The fries were over cooked. They tasted and felt like they had been put back into the grease in order. They were also cold. I ordered a chocolate Oreo shake. What I received was a chocolate shake. I'm assuming their intercom system is broken and maybe they couldn't hear me, as I couldn't hear them. Definitely subpar service. I will not be going back.

Used the app like I always have. Checkin and waited 10 mibs push the button they said they didn't have us check in and apologized said would make the drinks right away. Waited another 10 minutes for the push button and asked if they were still making the drinks. He said I have them right out. After waiting a total of 25 mins we &finally got our drinks. Which they forgot one had to tell them so they had to go back inside to make another drink finally, got all 5 drinks and they didn't make one drink right. They weren't hard 2 Dr. Pepper 1 strawberry 1 Coke 1 Sprite and 1 Ocean Water add sweet cream and vanilla all large. Won't be back to this sonic again. 25 mins for 5 drinks

Disrespectful staff. 🤷🏻♀️ I pull in to order this morning and the lady who took my order had a BAD attitude. I asked a SIMPLE question about the Ocean Water drink and she sighs and says “oh my god… of COURSE we have it.” Like? A simple yes would have been nice. No need for the attitude. 😒 she kept cutting me off while I was ordering so I just drove off. 🤷🏻♀️
