Pretty crap customer service on the night crew. Too busy worried about being on their phones to even do their job. Ice cream sat on counter for atleast 5 minutes before I realized it was there cause they don’t know how to speak into a microphone. Then realized only 2/7 of ours were correct! I’m not one to complain but if you’re gonna sit there and bash customers behind the counter then you deserve a bad review. 03/08/25 9:30pm

My experience at this specific Freddy's was quite splendid. I have been to many other Freddy's and have never experienced service like this before. Me personally, working in the fast food industry, know the hard work and dedication that these workers put in during rush hour. We were given free fries to compensate for the time of our wait, this Freddy's is unlike any other and deserves more buisness. They are quick with their orders, the food quality is amazing, and the service is top tier.
