I usually only ever share positive reviews and we recently had an AMAZING experience at this location. But after seeing a special for $2.99 small original sandwiches at earlier visit… I went there tonight, and I was very excited to replicate our recent experience!. However, I was sad when they told me it was an error and wouldn’t honor the deal advertised. I would have suggested to give a customer coming in asking about this posted deal some type of discount, but instead you have a very disappointed loyal customer going away hungry. UPDATE--Thanks for your reply, it's appreciated! I just wanted to say that I saw the offer IN your store just last week, it wasn't just a promotional mailer. We even were chatting with the employee about it :) . We definitely will be back, and will be calling your partner soon!

I was here to pickup a delivery today. I pulled into the drive thru at 11:53am. There was one car infront of me. I was told to pull to the second window. The person infront of me who ORDERED AT THE SCREEN, not a premade order that should already be ready got their food within a minute. We sat at the window from 11:54 until 12:03. No one came to the window to ask what was needed. The woman working headset and drive thru on 1/29/2025 at 11:55am was EXTREMELY rude and EXTREMELY unprofessional. I had to call the store because she kept just looking out the window at me but refused to come see what was needed. Once I called the store and she SAW it was me calling she THEN proceeded to open the window and say, "what did you need" not a hello, not Im sorry for just standing there and not doing my job, not what can I help you with, a "what did you need" SO I had to give a name AGAIN even though I told her the name i was picking up for at the speaker. She then proceeded to hand me the bag aggressively and when I said, "Ive been waiting in your drive thru nearly 10 minutes with NO ONE in it she decided to say "WOW" and slammed the window in my face. So if I could give 0 stars for service based off that worker, I would.

Poor service. I ordered one cinnamon roll. The clerk told me to come to the next window. I waited forever and she finally comes to the window with an attitude. She asked me what kind of Sandwich did order. I said a cinnamon roll. Seems like this may be a difficult job for her..
