This was a poor experience. I ordered through the app, checked in when I arrived, and then waited 15 whole minutes and was never acknowledged. No other customers were present, but there were 3 cars there, I assume with friends of the employees, including someone sitting in their car outside the drive through window, just chatting with one of the employees inside. I finally went through the drive through to see if they got my order. The girl giggled, brought me cold food with wrong Condiments (BBQ sauce for mozzarella sticks?) and the order was incorrect, to boot. I got 5 mozzarella sticks instead of four, but my medium onion rings order had only one large and 3 small onion rings. What in the world? This store needs a manager on site.

Came here multiple times, my order has been messed up multiple times. Waited 30 minutes for a chicken sandwich, finally got it with a kids size bun. This is genuinely the worst fast food restaurant/sonic I have ever been to

On 2/4 I went through the drive thru to order food for my family. I should have driven off after waiting 2-3 min before being greeted at the speaker but I didn’t. While ordering the employee yelled into the microphone multiple times and then started laughing. As I pulled up to the window I saw 2 teenagers laughing and proceeding to play pranks on the car behind me. I waited 4 min before the girl walked over to take my payment. I then waited over 15 min before I receiving the drinks and food I ordered ($57.62). Before driving off I checked the order, expecting it to be incorrect and of course, it was. At this point I wasn’t trusting them to not mess with my food if I asked them to fix it, so I asked them to refund me and gave them the food and drinks back. After waiting over 30 min for them to “call their manager”, the guy working told me that the manager would process my refund the next morning once the charge was posted to my account (it was pending) and he would call me. Needless to say, that didn’t happen. I reached out to the store multiple times and received no call back from Steven, the general manager, so I went back to the store on 2/11 and was told the refund was processed on 2/10. It is now 2/24 and I still haven’t received my money back. I’ve called corporate 5 times - they sent and resent a “ticket” to the store claiming it’s all they can do for me.. So, long story short - I won’t be returning to this location and I won’t stop contacting them until my money is refunded. DO BETTER SONIC!
